"Quarantine 15" myth

Through my study of the relationship between quarantine and workouts I sent a survey to all of The Westwood Highschool. Results are posted below.


As you can see with 22 responses more than 90% of participants say they are working out in some compacity during quarantine, while only 77% of participants worked out before quarantine. This shows how the so called 'Quarantine 15', which says that everyone will gain 15 pounds in quarantine, is a myth and in fact more people seem to be working out because of the rise of homeworkout materials and ads. For example resistance bands went from being unpopular for working out and now are needed by most online workouts.
