Exaggeration

The system needs to be constantly changing which has not happened in this administration. The extent of time it took to release the national stockpiles medical equipment caused many unnecessary deaths in the United States. Instead of the president blaming past presidents for the “broken system” he should work hard to fix the system and stop complaining.
